Meet Jamie Yerales – Founder & Registered Nurse at The Cosmetic Couture
I’m Jamie, Director and Registered Nurse behind The Cosmetic Couture. My journey began in 2007 as a beauty therapist in Sydney’s CBD, specialising in skin health. A few years later, I advanced my clinical expertise by completing a Bachelor of Nursing in 2012, working across surgical theatres, HDU and ICU—while never stepping away from my passion for skin.
With over a decade of experience and thousands of faces treated, I’ve cultivated a loyal community drawn to my meticulous eye and unwavering commitment to natural, harmonious results. I believe in transparency, integrity, and ensuring that every treatment is guided by a shared aesthetic vision between practitioner and client.
As an educator and mentor in the aesthetic space, I’m dedicated to promoting safety, artistry, and evidence-based outcomes. I’m also proud to be a recipient of multiple accolades, including The Business Award in 2022.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find me furthering my knowledge at conferences, living an active lifestyle, travelling, and enjoying time with my two adored poodles.

Teigan Devin
Teigan is a seasoned skin specialist with 13 years of expertise under her belt. Her passion lies in tailoring treatments and skincare routines that resonate with each client's unique essence. She firmly believes in enhancing everyone's natural beauty and making them fall in love with their skin.
Always eager to learn and grow, Teigan thrives on perfection. Outside of work, her two beloved pups keep her company. She's an adventurer at heart, often found camping and discovering new places.

KAITLIN HARTWELL
Kaitlin is a Registered Nurse with a clinical background in Intensive Care and Operating Theatres. Her career in aesthetics began nearly a decade ago as a Skin Therapist, where she developed a strong passion for helping clients address a range of skin concerns through evidence-based skin and laser treatments.
Motivated by a desire to deliver clinically-informed, results-focused care, Kaitlin went on to complete a Bachelor of Nursing and has since pursued further professional development in cosmetic medicine. She is also a proud member of the Cosmetic Nurse Association.
Kaitlin takes a conservative and holistic approach to facial aesthetics, with a strong belief in enhancing natural features and prioritising overall skin health. She is known for her honest, thoughtful treatment planning and ensures every recommendation is made with the patient’s best interest in mind. With her warm and approachable manner, Kaitlin creates a welcoming environment for clients at every stage of their journey.

Jasmine Ingram
Hi, I’m Jasmine — a Registered Nurse with a background in surgical nursing since 2010. I completed my nursing degree at the University of New England in Armidale, where I also met my husband, Matt, now an Emergency Consultant. We've called the coast home since 2012 and are raising our three beautiful children: Henry, Allira, and William.
Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of surgical specialties including gastrointestinal, orthopaedics, cardiovascular, and cardiothoracic care. My passion for aesthetic medicine has grown from a love of combining clinical precision with artistic understanding.
I take a thoughtful and personalised approach to every consultation, aiming to understand each client's unique goals and values. My philosophy is centred on enhancing natural features and supporting clients in feeling confident in their own skin. I pride myself on providing a calm, gentle experience and building strong, trusting relationships with every individual I work with.
