Refund Policy
When booking an appointment you will be asked to add a deposit to secure your appointment. This is not refundable under any circumstances. Your deposit will stay on your file and will be deducted when you have your treatment. If your fail to give us 48 hours notice of a cancellation or a rebook you will forfeit your deposit. Initial deposits can be used for change your booking up to three times. After this another deposit will be required.
